New Lens (sort of)

I bought a new lens (50mm f/2) and took this :



When I say 'new', I of course mean 'new to me' (it's only ~30 years old).

Playing with off camera flash and I quite liked this.

Chair Improvements

It's not finished yet, but here are some photos of my improved chair:



A feature all office chairs should have: provision for a seatbelt.



I might try and add the rest of the seatbelt later for novelty purposes, but it all depends on how hard it is to do neatly.

Custom aluminium side panel

One of the side panels on my bike fell off whilst I was riding it. I couldnt find it, and so spent some time at work making an aluminium replacement.



It's not perfect, but it is better than a gaping hole.

About Time

The first proper train service since 1967 leaves tomorrow morning.
Here are a few pictures of the new station.

Snow

I got sent home from work on Friday and started building with the snow:
The construction was large snow bricks that I made a mold for first. you can just about see the size of them in the picture below.

After 5 hours, it looked like this

And then it was destroyed in the night by youths, I haven't taken pictures of the remains.

New Camera

I just bought a new camera, first photo below.
